HOW I WORK

Skin health isn’t built by layering more serums, creams, or treatments.
It’s about understanding what the skin is responding to, and knowing when not to intervene.

I work with people whose skin hasn’t responded predictably to conventional or “natural” approaches, and who are seeking thoughtful, long-term clarity rather than quick fixes.

My work is shaped by over two decades of hands-on clinical practice with sensitive, reactive, and hormonally influenced skin.

Over time, I began to notice a shift:

  • Skin patterns became more complex

  • Reactivity increased

  • Even careful, holistic approaches stopped working the way they once had

Rather than escalating treatment, I stepped back.

I slowed the work down, paid closer attention to patterns, and began integrating a broader understanding of how internal systems, environment, stress, and topical inputs interact through the skin.

That shift now defines how I practice.

WHAT MAKES MY WORK  DIFFERENT

I don’t approach skin as something to correct or override.

I approach it as:

A responsive system, a source of information and a guide for decision-making

This means:

Fewer unnecessary products, more restraint, not more intervention

Clear reasoning behind every recommendation and support that adapts as the skin changes

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s stability, understanding, and trust in the process.

SERVICES

I offer limited, individualised skin health support, grounded in careful observation, education, and informed decision-making.

My work focuses on understanding patterns – how skincare, diet, lifestyle, environment, and internal systems interact – so recommendations are precise rather than excessive. This may include skin assessment and interpretation, guidance on topical load, contextual support around food and lifestyle, and collaboration or referral where appropriate.

I work with a small number of clients at a time to maintain depth and integrity.
I do not offer quick fixes, aggressive protocols, or trend-led skincare plans.
My role is not to impose a system, but to help you understand what your skin is responding to.
