Shipping: Products are shipped within 5 business days via NZ Post to ensure freshness.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your service or product, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are at fault, we will refund the cost and arrange collection. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned product.
